Northspan and the Northland Foundation have undertaken a regional assessment of Northeast Minnesota using the Thrive Rural Framework from the Aspen Institute. After conducting initial research, identifying regional action areas, and presenting a first round of engagement sessions, we are now seeking broader input and working to build momentum behind regional action.
