From Google: Google invites you to a public, informational Community Open House to learn more about our proposed data center project in Hermantown. As we continue the planning and evaluation process, we want to ensure that you – our neighbors – have a seat at the table. During our Open House, we intend to provide transparency around the project and offer you a direct line of communication with project leaders, engineers, energy and environmental experts.

What to Expect: This is a “drop-in” style event where you can visit various informational stations at your own pace. You will have the opportunity to learn about and ask questions regarding: Energy & Affordability: Our plan to add clean energy and pay 100% of our costs. Environmental Stewardship: Our early plans for water protection, stormwater management, and air quality. Local Infrastructure: Preliminary assessments of traffic and site infrastructure. Community Impact: The potential for long-term economic growth and workforce development in the region.
