State of Development Luncheon – September 16th at Black Woods Event Center in Proctor
Join us for an exclusive look at one of the region’s most transformative projects in decades. Developer Beth Wentzlaff (CMRA) will share the bold vision behind Nexus, a $100+ million, multi-phase development that will reshape Proctor’s southern edge. With plans for 360 housing units, a massive indoor sports dome, hotel, grocery store, restaurants, child care, and more — this project marks the city’s first major growth since the 1940s. Discover what’s next for our community and how it could impact business, housing, tourism, and regional vitality.

Members: $40 | Non-members: $45
This is a plated/served meal (not boxed lunch, not buffet).
All guest tickets include a Black Woods Gifts Pack for future visits which includes $10 to Black Woods, $10 to Tavern on the Hill and a coupon for a free Tavern Moonshine with food purchase. Please take a moment to thank the Black Woods Team for helping us create a great event!
Sponsorships - Reserved Seating
Support the event + get recognition in the program and online. All sponsorships includes event tickets, we can help register your team, or you can gift some or all of them. Any gifted tickets will first be made available to the school districts, and then to our small business entrepreneurs (less than 5 employees).
- $1000 Event sponsor - 6 tickets (reserved table, recognition & opportunity to say a few words as our event sponsor)
- $500 Builder Sponsor - 6 tickets (reserved table, recognition)
- $250 Foundation Sponsor - 3 tickets (1/2 table reserved, recognition)
- $125 Contributing sponsor - 2 tickets (open seating, recognition)
About the event:
- Your registration confirmation is your ticket; all registered guests will be on a guest list at check-in.
- No tickets at the door.
- All guests who register in advance and provide their email will receive a reminder 48 hours prior.
- Tickets are non-refundable, but they are transferable to someone who can take your place.
- This event is being photographed and/or video recorded for archival and promotional purposes. You consent to be photographed and/or video recorded by attending or participating in this event.
Registration ends one week before the luncheon at noon. Registration includes a custom name tag with a business logo for members. If space is available, registrations received afterward will receive a cute but very understated, "Hello, my name is" nametag. Your advance registration helps our small staff and caterer plan efficiently for this event, and we really appreciate your help with that.
