A PPCT-trained professional, an Active Shooter Response Instructor, and a L.O.C.K.U.P. Police Combat Instructor, Chris has dedicated his life to equipping others with the knowledge and skills they need to navigate the most challenging and high-pressure situations. His credentials also include being a R.A.D. Instructor and having undergone Street Survival training, ensuring he is well-prepared for any scenario that may arise.

But Chris's journey towards excellence extends far beyond law enforcement. He brings a passion for martial arts. With over 12 years of dedicated training and instruction in Okinawan Uechi-Ryu Karate, where he has earned a coveted black belt, more than six years of the rigorous disciplines of Mixed Martial Arts (M.M.A.), self-defense, and weapons training, and an additional 3 years as a blue belt in Jiu Jitsu, Chris's martial arts expertise underscores his commitment to personal development and self-defense mastery.

As a young outdoors enthusiast, Chris channeled his interests into the Boy Scouts, where he achieved the esteemed rank of Eagle Scout by 18, showcasing his early dedication to acquiring essential survival skills.

Today, alongside his equally accomplished wife, Maggie, Chris has harnessed their collective wisdom and experience to create "At the READY." Through this venture, they empower individuals and organizations with invaluable tools and knowledge to thrive and excel in challenging and potentially life-threatening situations.
