State of Our Elections Luncheon
September 24, 2026 | Black Woods Event Center | Proctor
Join the Hermantown Area Chamber of Commerce for our annual State of Our Elections Luncheon, an engaging, nonpartisan look at the races, trends, and issues shaping the future of business and our communities.
We're bringing in the policy and government affairs experts from the Minnesota Chamber of Commerce for a deep dive into the 2026 election landscape. From statewide constitutional offices and legislative races to congressional contests and key local elections, they'll break down what business leaders should be watching as Election Day approaches.
Expect data-driven insights, polling trends, maps, charts, and analysis that help explain what various election outcomes could mean for employers, economic development, workforce issues, taxation, regulations, infrastructure, and Minnesota's overall business climate. This presentation is always informative, thought-provoking, and a great conversation starter, so we'll keep the room open after the luncheon for additional networking and discussion.
As the voice of business in our region, the Hermantown Area Chamber of Commerce works to elevate the concerns and priorities of employers of every size—from solo entrepreneurs and family-owned businesses to major employers and industry leaders. Through our Government Affairs Committee, partnerships with chambers across Minnesota, and connections at the state and federal levels, we advocate for policies that support a strong business environment and communicate concerns when proposed legislation could negatively impact employers and economic growth.
We also rely on our members to help identify challenges facing their industries. Your insights help shape our advocacy efforts and ensure the business community has a seat at the table.
With absentee and early voting beginning right before this event, there is no better time to become informed, ask questions, and understand the issues before casting your ballot.
Know before you go... vote.
Contributing sponsorships are available at multiple levels and include event tickets along with recognition in event materials, promotional communications, and on the event website. Sponsorship support helps offset the cost of presenting this important community conversation while demonstrating your organization's commitment to civic engagement and an informed business community.
