About the luncheon:
Join the Hermantown Area Chamber for our State of Education Luncheon at Black Wood's Event Center in Proctor.
We'll hear an update from Proctor Public Schools Superintendent Kerry Juntunen, who will also introduce the incoming Superintendent of Proctor (pending availability) as Kerry gets ready for his new role in retirement!
We'll also hear from Hermantown Community Schools Superintendent Wayne Whitwam who is in his 5th year serving the school district. Sure, we'll hear about planned dates for the new hockey arena puck drop, but there is so much more to share!
These school districts cover hundreds of miles, enroll thousands of students, and are a major employer in our area. Healthy schools are an important ingredient in a healthy community!

General Admission Tickets - find a table buddy to save you a seat:
Members: $45 | Non-members: $50 Early Bird (by May 1): $5 off at registration
All tickets Include a Black Woods Gifts Pack for future visits which includes $10 to Black Woods, $10 to Tavern on the Hill and a coupon for a free Tavern Moonshine with food purchase.
In Chamber math - a $45 member ticket minus $5 for early bird special equals $40 minus $20 certificates for future fun (plus a moonshine) - that's only $20! You get all that - and a bag of chips! (Chips are only if you choose cold lunch)

Sponsorship - Reserved table seating (up front with the cool kids):
Support the event + get recognition in the program and online. All sponsorships includes event tickets, we can help register your team, or you can gift some or all of them. Any gifted tickets will first be made available to the school districts, and then to our small business entrepreneurs (less than 5 employees).

ALL ATTENDEES will receive Black Gifts from our host sponsor Black Woods Group. These are typically $10 off certificates at one of their restaurants for a future visit.

About the event:
- Your registration confirmation is your ticket; all registered guests will be on a guest list at check-in.
- No tickets at the door.
- All guests who register in advance and provide their email will receive a reminder 48 hours prior.
- Tickets are non-refundable, but they are transferable to someone who can take your place.
- This event is being photographed and/or video recorded for archival and promotional purposes. You consent to be photographed and/or video recorded by attending or participating in this event.
Registration ends the Monday before the luncheon at noon. Registration includes a custom name tag with a business logo for members. If space is available, registrations received afterward will receive a cute but very understated, "Hello, my name is" nametag. Your advance registration helps our small staff and caterer plan efficiently for this event, and we really appreciate your help with that.
