At this month's luncheon\, we're going to hear from a panel of people who come at both mental health and physical fitness from different angles\, but all who can share the benefits fitness has on our mental health. Special thanks to our chamber member 9Round for collaborating with us on this important topic\, and to our presenters from 9Round\, MN Warriors\, YMCA at the Essentia Wellness Center (Hermantown)\, and Boys & Girls Club of the Northland. Meet our panel: Tammy Sundbom She currently serves as the Resource Development Director for the Boys & Girls Clubs of the Northland where she works to support the mission of providing essential resources and support to the youth in our region. A personal mission of hers is to break down access barriers for youth mental health. Andy Qualy & Chuck FreibergAndy Qualy is the original founder of Minnesota Warriors Hockey. His overall mission as a licensed Social Worker is to provide help and support to veterans and their families overcome the challenges of life during and after their time serving. Johanna Rich She currently owns and contributes to the operations within 9Round in Duluth. She grew up in the Twin Cities and became involved with this kickboxing gym facility down there.
