Michael D. Goldsmith is the author of six Christian fiction novels and one devotional book.  Michael writes a daily devotional that goes out to over three hundred people via email.  He also writes "The Word of the Month", published in the Outreacher, a Christian periodical based in New Philadelphia, Ohio.  Michael earned a Bachelor of Arts in Communication from the University of Minnesota Duluth.  He spent much of his career in the financial services sector and still serves clients to this day.  Born and raised in the Blackhoof Valley of Carlton County, Minnesota, Michael now resides in the Proctor Minnesota area, just outside of Duluth.  Mike was married to his late wife Sharon for almost 32 years, he has four children and eleven grandchildren.

His books include The Eli Series:  "Eli Greatness Begins", "Eli Greatness Continues", "Eli's Greatness Passed on Herman", & "Tommy - the Fathers Duo Accomplished"

and two stand-alone novels, "The Man Who Built the Cross" and "Now What"

His seventh book, a daily devotional, is called "God's Wisdom to Grandpa Mike" is due out in Fall of 2023.
