The session highlights the risks of not planning—particularly given the aging population of business owners—and reframes succession planning as an essential long‑term business strategy rather than a one‑time event.

Participants will learn when and how to begin, the role trusted advisors play, and Northspan’s three‑phase approach—Discover, Prepare, Decide—designed to protect business value, ensure financial security, preserve legacy, and position businesses for successful growth or transition.
